The application is a private scheduling tool provided by Kusmus. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the application.
Access to the application requires an account created by the system administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our application allows you to connect your Google Calendar account via OAuth. By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant us permission to read and modify your calendar events to provide the synchronization features of this app. Your use of Google's services is also governed by Google's own Terms of Service.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
